Vacating Convictions for Sex Trafficking Victims

17-A MRSA §853-A  Affirmative Defense
If a person is engaged in prostitution because they were compelled to do so as described in the Aggravated Sex Trafficking Statute (section 852, subsection 2), then an affirmative defense to prosecution (for prostitution) is available.
